wall circles.

Does anyone know how much embroidery circles cost? I believe that's what was used to create this wall of circles. I want to use some black and white damask or houndstooth scrapbook paper for the background of one of the big circles and then paint the smaller inner circles yellow and grey. Love this! And so unique too.

Go purse-less. One binder clip can hold a bit of cash and your house key when you're out for a morning run.

Its pancake batter!--in an easy squeeze ketchup bottle for perfect 'pouring'.

Make sparklers safe and fun for little ones to hold by using Play-Doh containers.

spool of thread.

I can see these atop a dresser in a new baby's room or lined up on a sunny windowsill. Someone please remind me to start searching for old wooden spools of thread! Thrift/antique shops, here I come.

pantry envy.

I think this pantry speaks for itself. And if it doesn't, I'm sure every single clear, sealed jar does. Wow.

tufted headboard.

There's nothing fancy about the quilt or pillows on this bed, yet it still looks so crisp and elegant. And I swear there is something about tufted headboards that make a girl feel like a princess. My favorite thing though, is that the two lamps don't match. Not even close! But look at how beautiful and put together the room looks nonetheless. Love it!

i have a thing for gray.

This photograph makes me wish I'd purchased a gray couch instead of a brown one...

spoons + forks + knives, oh my.

This is so simple. Really, look. Its a metal basket, with jars that are holding a variety of eating utensils. But isn't it beautiful? Its got such a classic, vintage feel and would look amazing at a backyard wedding reception or sitting on a soft picnic blanket. I'm going to put one together this month, just in time for the warm weather and sunshine.

yellow + black nursery.

This is the most chic and beautiful nursery ever! Now, if I could just figure out how to convince my future hubby/baby daddy to paint those perfect yellow stripes on the ceiling. Hm.

striped walls.

I am going to be dreaming about this striped wall every single minute until I have one of my own.
Okay, maybe not every single minute. But almost. And I'm going to start buying every single black frame I can get my hands on.

World, I'm a copycat. And I have absolutely no shame.

grilled cheese.

Come on. Really, what's NOT to completely love about this? I can't get enough grilled cheese. And those shots of tomato soup SO top it off.

I think those moving lawn reindeer are awesome but I find this lawn decor just a bit more festive + adorable!

its beginning to look a lot like winter.

how cool are these? no traditional red + green tacky patterning. and the stockings are not covered with snowmen or tiny dressed up santas. its a clean, crisp, winter look. now, if i could just learn how to sew...
